We've made some BIG changes. So we went ahead and answered some of the BIG questions you might have.
What happened to credits?
With the introduction of unlimited membership options and cash pricing, offering credits doesn't really make sense anymore.
But if you're one of the thousands of Lightstock users with a cache of credits, you still have some time
to use them just like you would have before. You just won't be able to purchase more.
To check if you have any available credits, simply log in to your account. Your available credits will show up in the top right of any page.
What happened to "ready-made" media?
Slides, social graphics, and print templates have a new home.
If you're looking for the elements to make your own content, you'll find them on Lightstock.

No, you'll need to sign up for a new membership plan to get unlimited access.
With this change, your subscription access will continue through November 8, 2022, and you'll be able to use whatever remaining credits you have through then. But your subscription will not continue adding credits to your account, and you won't be able to purchase more credits.
Yes, they will remain on your account until they expire. The expiration plan is currently TBD.
Items downloaded using Pay-As-You-Go credits have always allowed you to retain download access indefinitely. Items downloaded with subscription credits only retain download access as long as the subscription was active. For now, we've given all subscriptions an indefinite end, but eventually (currently TBD) we will expire all unused credits and subscriptions.
Yes, but only for a project that was begun during your membership period. In other words, stockpiling unused stock assets is against our terms. Read more about that here.
This unlimited model launch doesn't affect the usability of your existing credits—they're worth just as much as they were before.
You can now purchase access to individual products with cash instead of credits, and we made it easier to purchase extended licenses. You may also notice some ongoing updates to the design of the site that improve your experience. Finally, we removed "ready-made" products (slides, social graphics, print templates) from the site.
